Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for an extended period, please reach out so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
