Since each item is custom-printed just for you, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items? Contact Us Within 5 Days
We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [X] days of delivery so we can assist you.
To request a replacement:
- Send us a message through our “Contact Us” page with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We’ll review the issue and send a replacement if eligible.
Replacements are offered for:
- Items that arrive damaged or misprinted
- Orders with printing or manufacturing errors
Replacements are NOT offered for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
Normal wear and tear
